Windows 11 My computer's microphone works with system applications but no other application

Hi, guys, I have a Dell Inspiron 5620 I7 that I got back in 2022. I installed Microsoft without a product key. Recently, for the past few weeks, my microphone has stopped working with any non-system apps. If I test the microphone in the settings section, the bar goes up and down. If I use the sound recorder and record my voice, it gets recorded. But if I use WhatsApp or Google Meet or the likes, my sound doesn't transmit. All permissions are enabled. Infact, I can see that that Google "accessed" my microphone (I can see the time) but still no sound input. I've tried restarting, updating the dr
