Windows 11 my connection freezes every minute or 2 for around 10 seconds, no matter what game i play, or if im watching a stream

the rtt delay is 1000+ for around 10 sec every minute or two whenever i play valorant, or any other game, and this freeze is the same with any call im in or any stream im watching, basically having no internet for 10 sec over and over, im using my collage wifi, and my roommate using the exact same connection has no issue, is there and trouble shoot i can do, ive looked for hours and cant find anything.AMD Ryzen 9 5900X 12-Core Processor 3.70 GHz32.0 GBwindows 11
