On Sept 20, I updated with this (at the time) latest install. - 2023-09 Cumulative Update for Windows 11 Version 22H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5030219) Since the install, my cpu has been stuck at 0.80 ghz where normally it is 2.20. Any suggestions on why this is and what I can do to resolve it? I've since discovered that, after it awakens from hiberation, the CPU is at 2.20ghz for about 90 seconds. Then it drops to 0.79-0.88 and stays in that range. And this is with nothing running or open - no apps, no browsers. Just the operating system and task manager. I have since then (on Sep
