Windows 10 My ctrl key is red and it’s stopping left side of keyboard from working. 60% keyboard

My ctrl key is red and my shift, caps, tab, and esc buttons do not work when it is red. I can press shift or tab repeatedly for it to flicker away but it comes back after I click any button near it??
