Lately, my cursor randomly turns into a circle with an up and down arrow above and below the circle and then the pointer stops working entirely. I do not touch the wheel on my mouse to make this happen, it does it by itself. I have to press ESC to get the cursor to turn back to a pointer, but then the pointer does not work anymore to click on anything. I can use keyboard strokes to get around,, and once I am in an app like Work or Canva, the pointer will work while in the app, but I cannot use the mouse to switch between apps.
