I have posted the original post on Reddit XPS 13 9310 2-in-1 keyboard randomly stops responding, have tried many methods to permanently solve this issue, but no luck. Please help!! : Dell (reddit.com) but I figured it can likely be an issue/a bug caused by the update from Win 10 to Win 11 which might have caused an incompatibility between the system and keyboard. I have recently updated my Dell bios to the latest version, as well as tried reinstalling Win11 but the problem remains unsolved, so a few people recommended me to install Win 10 back since I had no issue prior to Win11.
