Windows 11 My desktop is incredibly laggy, but there seems to be no reason for it to be so slow.

So basically what the title says, my desktop is incredibly laggy. I just upgraded to windows 11, but I had the same issue when I had windows 10. The strange thing is that I can play hardware intensive games or run software at high framerates, and the only slow part of my pc is the damn desktop. It's just annoying but not really getting in my way, but I'd still like to fix it.A video I recorded a bit ago of the issueI tested my RAM with memtest86 and there weren't any issues, I have a 1tb m.2 drive that functions properly and my CPU is running as it should.
