Windows 11 My DESKTOP (not laptop) is stuck on a ROG screen.

For some reason after i uninstalled my nvidia graphics driver if i remember correctly my computer needed to restart since it asked me. So i did and now when i boot it up the republic of gamers logo and text appears but when the throbber appears or loading spinning circle with dots and after a few seconds it just freezes and stays on that screen. In a summary i restarted my computer and now its stuck on a ROG screen everytime i turn it on.(the spinner or throbber IS THERE BUT ITS NOT MOVING.)for some reason i cant put a image btw
