Windows 10 My desktop PC crashed during windows 10 routine update, USB recovery drive gets stuck at windows Logo

My desktop PC crashed during windows 10 update. the boot seems to be damaged, as it won't even start loading windows. I can access bios but that's about it. I tried using USB recovery drive I made using my other PC with Win11, but when booting from it, it gets stuck at windows Logo, without ever reaching any menus. Please help! Could it be that recovery drive doesn't function properly because it's on USB 3 flash drive, instead of USB 2?
