Windows 11 My disk space keep decreasing right after i uninstalling apps.

So after i uninstalling some apps. instead of free up the space, it actually decreasing my disk space. for example : i just delete my games on steam (size is about 10 gb), it didnt give me the 10gb free space, instead they add more 10gb on my disk drive (my disk drive is about 159gb after i download the game, it increased to 169gb after i uninstalling the games). Please help me solve this. Thank you!also im sorry if my english is so messed up. its not my first language.
