I need to reinstall via the media creation tools.But many problem occurs.
1,My installer keep restarting everytime I install the window file after the first restart.
I have tried
-Keep the usb there and let it restart itself(Which doesn't fix the problem obviously)
-unplug the USB during the restart timer/Set boot drive to C: in BIOS (Which show the second problem)
2,"Windows could not start because the following file is missing or corrupt: <Windows root>\\system32\hal.dll Please re-install a copy of the above file."
I have nothing able to do with this right now which i ask for help.
I heard of a way to fix with the window XP setup but i dont have the disk and the iso wont work.
What can i fix this thing?
