Windows 10 My E: drive is messed up bad, I'm not sure what the deal with it is.

This is kind of hard to explain. I have two internal hard disk drives, C:\ and E:\. My C: drive is packed to the rafters so I installed a 500 GB backup drive just for some spare space while I clear up my C: drive. File Explorer only detects 127 GB of free space and none of it is used. Disk management says it is formatted with 465 GB of NTFS but right in the list above that menu it states E: only has a capacity of 128 GB and 127.59 of that is free.
