Windows 11 My ethernet stopped working and now says unidentified network

I got an ethernet cable around 3-4 months ago and it was working fine but only yesterday i realised it had stopped working for around a month now and I had been using internet. It is saying my ethernet is an unidentified network and i tried nearly everything you guys suggested people with the same problem and did not work. I unplugged my cables for a minute and flushed the dns, turned off ivp6 and restarted my pc. There is no loose cables as ive double checked a thousand times and it is connected fine. Please if anyone could help that would be great. I use hyperoptic wifi if that helps
