i just got a new external hard drive (seagate basic 2tb hdd) and it wont be able to be use no matter what i try, it keeps beeping (that just means it isnt regestered) it shows up in Bluetooth and devices in other deviced simply titled expansion so i know its working, ive tried going to disk management and its titles as disk 1 and its shown as unknown and not initialized and when i tried to initalize it, it gave me a "fatal device hardware error" and i for the life of me i couldnt fix the error, literally every single thing recognizes it as a disk but i cant add files to it, please help
