Windows 10 My External HDD disconnects and reconnects upon executing any scan/games/heavy applications

Processor : AMD Ryzen 5 3400GHDD : Seagate ST1000DM010-2EP102 (having the problem)SSD : Western Digital WDC WDS240G2G0B-00EPW0RAM : 16.0GB Single-Channel DDR4Motherboard : Gigabyte B450M DS3H V2 (AM4)I use my PC for normal work and some light gaming.
