Windows 11 My external microphone isn't picking up my voice, but rather, static when i wobble it around.

I recently bought myself a Razer Seiren Mini to use as a replacement for my in-ear monitor microphone. When I plugged it in and hopped on Discord, it did not pick up anything. Testing it out in the app, no input. Checking it in Audio Settings, no input either. In Sound Recordings, none! I was sure my microphone was taking in input, since its light was bright green (indicating it's on) and my laptop does recognize the ports accepting. Input was set to max, but all it took in is static. I tried downloading some drivers online, but it didn't seem to work. I downloaded OBS and the softwares the
