Windows 11 my file explorer wont open, it keeps crashing I can access the all files apart from the home folder.

hellomy files explorer keeps crashingwhenever I open files explorer it closes almost instantly and doesn't display any folders, it also lags my taskbar which started a few days ago, the computer is a lenovo ideapad 5 (LAPTOP-THG966B2) its quite new under a year old.I'm able to access all my other folders apart from the home folder by right-clicking the explorer and selecting specific downloads or other folders but if I press the home folder while in the explorer it crashes. I've attempted a clean boot, and registry editing to do with deleting the components of the shell or something (not exper
