Windows 11 My fingerprint reader stopped working with Windows 11 Pro Insider Preview v25936

After I applied that Windows 11 update my ELAN fingerprint reader (USB\VID_04F3&PID_0C28\8&1B878445&0&6) stopped working and looking at the Device Manager it says "The driver installation file for this device is missing a necessary entry" when I try to update/reinstall its drivers.Needless to say that the fingerprint keeps working perfectly under Windows 10, Ubuntu, etc.I don't know actually if this is the right place to report this bug (?)...
