Windows 11 My games Keep crashing & when I look in event viewer it says Event id 153, can anybody help?

Some games refuse to run but some are playable until they crash dont know what the problem is & to get some games to run at all I've had to download GPU tweak and set everything on there to the lowest they can go otherwise near enough all games refuse to run when I go into event viewer this is what it says,The description for Event ID 153 from source nvlddmkm cannot be found.
