Windows 11 My GPU 100% usage by "MS network realtime inspection services.exe"

Recent days, my GPU has suddenly been used 100%. I found the program "MS network realtime inspection services.exe" makes it run overload.Is it can be turn off or any way to fix it?Sorry for my bad Eng. Thanks!
