Windows 11 My graphics settings get reset when I put any game to 720p resolution anybody has a solution to this?

When ever I try to put any game of mine to 720p resolution the game minimizes automatically and the whole screen goes black and takes time to get back to normal state and this thing keeps happening till I put the resolution back to 1080p.The reset is just like when we press (win+Ctrl+shift+B).Anybody with a solution pls help....
