My HDMI port has stopped working. It stopped recognizing the external monitor all of a sudden one day.The external monitor and the cable both work properly with other devices. It has stopped detecting on my laptop only.I thought the HDMI port was the problem, so I also connected the HDMI cable through the Thunderbolt port using a C-type to HDMI converter, and it worked.So the problem lies with the HDMI port on my laptop.I tried updating my drivers and also uninstalling the recent apps I downloaded. Please help me out here.
