Windows 10 My home account was hacked

How do I contact customer support or something that will help me since that Microsoft is ****. A hacker got into my email and changed my password and email to my account and I tried logging into my account and says no account is under my username. I have all the info if someone can help me but ****. I just need help getting my email and password onto my account so I can log back into it
