Windows 11 My HP 14s Laptop, Windows 11 does not read any USB drives

When inserting any USB flash drives in any of the two USB ports, the laptop will have a sound notification that detects a USB flash drive being inserted but there are no drives visible in "This PC". When checking the device manager it has a triangle with an exclamation and an error:This device cannot start. (Code 10) {Operation Failed} The requested operation was unsuccessful. I have followed the following troubleshooting steps:1. Uninstalled driver2. Disable driver3. Updated driver software by searching automatically for driver4.
