Windows 11 My HP-15dy1078nr laptop from 2020 has started freezing, experienced blue screens, and screen tearing. Please help diagnose this!

My laptop is from 2020 and has been very good to me. However, recently, I experienced 3 or 4 blue screens while doing a task which included error messages like “IRQL NOT LESS OR EQUAL.” I ran a memory diagnostic, but it froze at 16%; now a week and a half later, I’ve gotten no blue screens, but the computer has been slow and has a tendency to freeze and screen tear if I move the monitor or grab it. I’ve always thought it was a bit flimsy when I grabbed it from the corner, could that have something to do with it? I really cannot afford a new computer right now, so if anyone could help diagnose
