My HP Envy 15 I7 year old laptop keeps crashing after Windows 11 tries to do an update. Hp repaired it in the fall but they reinstalled Windows 10 and now I have 11 and it crashes. I really should have known better--HP products are terrible and their support is suspect.These updates failed to install today: Since I just updated to Windows 11 last week. I should not need these updates anyway, should I?2021-11 Cumulative Update for .NET Framework 3.5 and 4.8 for Windows 11 for x64 (KB5006363)2021-10 Update for Windows SV Version 21H2 for x64-based Systems (KB4023057)
