Windows 11 My internet adapter disconnects every time I play

Every time i launch a game, my Wi-Fi connection stops a few seconds after i launched the game. This also happens suddenly when watching videos or just using the internet. I've had connection issues lately, where my Wi-Fi was limited to 10 mb/s. I figured out that a Brave process was limiting the internet so i disabled it in the boot options, but now idk what happened and my Wi-Fi disconnects persistently.
