Windows 11 my internet connection my HP - 15s-eq1000 is really slow after updating to windows 11, help?

so since i have updated my hp laptop with amd ryzen7 4700u cpu, and my wifi has been varying but generally it is slow, and I know my wifi is not the issue because on my other laptop my wifi speed is ok andstable, but on this it is really not stable.I have done every soltution proposed to me on the community tab but still nothing works I even updated the drivers through amd's official site and it even broke my sound system, like the speakers are really loud even tho i put it to 1.please help methank youYasin
