Windows 11 My internet keeps dropping while playing or doing something

while i will be playing my internet connection would drop and i will not have any internet for like 30 seconds.ever since i got wifi and started to use it i have had this problem so maybe close to a year for thisi use the intel(R) Wi-fi 6E AX210 160MHz internet wifi driveri have good signal and everything.
