Windows 11 my ipv6 connectivity is showing no network access the ipv4 is working fine and im now being limited to only 100mbps

my ipv6 connectivity is showing no network access the ipv4 is working fine i am on a cat6 ethernet cable and am now being limited to only 100mbps about a week ago i was getting closer to 500mbps i belive that my ipv6 showing no network access is causing the problem
