Windows 11 My JBL Quantum 100 doesn't work and it's frustrating!

I have a JBL Quantum 100 with a detachable boom mic. So, i tried to reinstall drivers, something worked, but after i restarted my pc it didn't work. Sometimes it is detected by the system, sometimes it isn't, sometimes the headphones work but the mic doesn't and most of the time it doesn't even work. I have an HP M01-f1124. i have multiple audio jacks on my pc i guess. there is a lime and a blue in the back and a default audio jack in front. help! i want both speakers and microphones to work! help!!! pretty sure my motherboard is an erica5.
