My computer keyboard suddenly stopped working, with the letter "i" appearing when I press the F1 key. The on-screen keyboard is also unresponsive, despite my attempts to enable it. Ease of Access indicates it's disabled, even after multiple presses. My keyboard is entirely non-functional. Please assist.
