Windows 11 my keyboard is locked and i don't know how to fix it.

I was playing a game yesterday and while i was holding the shift key so i could get away from something and i had started moving without touching anything and now i cant type anything ( I'm using my desktops keyboard to type this) I'm using a Lenovo legion 5 pro any help is appreciated
