Windows 10 my keyboard is not working as intended

Hello.for sometime now i have been experiencing problems with my keyboard when i hold a key down while playing a video game it doesnt hold instead it is repeating the button as it would if u were holding it while writing something i do competitive gaming so this is a big problem for me because whenever i try to play or move ingame it doesnt worksorry for my bad english im not from a country that talks english
