Hi, i have the same issue as the guy down below did. However, I can't use the same method to troubleshoot because when I paste the command msdt.exe -id DeviceDiagnostic, it says that the troubleshooters have moved and it will be retired. So How do I solve it now?I've seen people have this problem and they answer it's about the keyboard's usb drivers, but I have a laptop. Just every night I turn it off and go to sleep, next morning when I turn it on, keyboard won't work and I'll have to restart for it to do so.
