Windows 10 my keys glitch out and don't work half of the time

i have tried EVERYTHING to fix this and NOTHING has worked. i followed the directions on this article: Redirecting and NONE of the directions have worked. i took off certain keys, didn't find any debris under them. updated and restarted my computer multiple times, NOTHING. i tried to make a new account but it didnt let me for some reason. (update: i cant even do the windows + R key shortcut anymore. so i cant type what it wants me to type on there.) and i'm current
