Windows 10 My language packs seem to include Chinese characters.

When I logged onto Rewards half the display categories were in Chinese & the others were a mixture of Chinese & english .

When I tried to change the language pack this is what I see.

As can be seen from the screenshot the the language pack all show both characters in the right side.

What do i need to do to get it to display just english again?
