my laptop crashed suddenly with a blue screen and when I restarted it I couldn't log in with my pin because it was disabled (The sign-in option is disabled because of failed sign-in attempts or repeated shutdowns. Use a different sign-in option, or keep your device powered on for at least 2 hours and then try again) However, my laptop wasn't shut down repeatedly neither I tried to log in with a wrong pin so I am not sure why is this happening to me.
Anyway, I tried to log in with the regular password but I don't remember which account I was using on the laptop so I've tried all the accounts passwords that I remember but they didn't work. I waited 2 hours to use the pin but it was still disabled.
Now I'm looked out and I have no idea how to log in to my laptop.
