Windows 11 my laptop doesn't wakes up from sleep mode and a continuous message of unknown usb unrecognized displays on the screen whenever the laptop is on.

my acer nitro-5 16/512 Gb laptop is not waking up from the sleep mode. whenever i close the lid of my laptop or just put my laptop on sleep mode, it won't wake up on opening the lid of the laptop or pressing any key on the keyboard and either mouse doesn't work, however the indicator light remains on. The only way to turn it on is to hold the power the power key for several seconds so as to restart the machine. i have tried deleting all the applications that were recently installed, i tried updating drivers of the graphic card but it says that it is already up to date, and last i have resetted
