Windows 10 My Laptop files keep reverting back to read only

Right after a windows update, all of my files were set to read only, even if I make a new file it automatically sets to read onlyI even tried to reset my pc (or reformatting) it also didn't work..Any fixes here? I can't play any games with these stupid read only thing
