To whom it may concern, I recently installed the 2022-08 Cumulative Update for Windows 11 for arm64-based Systems (KB5016629) and anytime after re-entering the Windows and having them on hold for some time, the opened apps freeze with the desktop screen or the apps per se to show a smaller window of them and the cursor is timing as a busy app. I solve this using Ctrl+Alt+Del to enter the taskbar and sometimes the freezing status is resolved and other times I need to kill the currently opened app. My laptop is Surface Pro X, Microsoft SQ2 @ 3.15 GHz with OS Win11 x64 and I work with a dual sc
