Windows 11 My laptop gets stuck please help me

This morning when i powered up my laptop it load up like normal but when i tried to open ae application it would start opening then freeze eventually i manged to get back up of the data i want to save and started to reinstall win11 trying to start fresh but now its stuck at 98% complete and in not sure what to do. Its a fairly good laptop 32gb ram amd ryzen 7 5700h cpu with 3060 gpu my m.2 drive still had over 1.2tb free i do some gaming and go on unreal engine with it and never had any issues until today i manged to run virus scan and all was fine please help me.
