My laptop was completely working fine. But last night it gave me black screen, the fan, sound, light on the keyboard works fine. Most of the time i forget to charge my laptop and when i open it, it starts with critical low battery warning and also i forget to unplug the AC cable most of the time while using my laptop. 2 days ago i saw an update notification but i ignored it, when i try to shut down the pc it shows an option of update and shut down or update and restart but i chose just the shut down option. Am just saying this maybe if this is the case. Please some one i need your help!!Thank
