Windows 11 My laptop is not turning on after shutdown, i have asus tuf A15 2022 1 month old .

When i press the power button the light indicators light up , but the screen is black . Then I have to long press the power button to force shutdown , and then press again to turn on the laptop.I have Ryzen 7 6800h , 16gb ram , 1 tb SSD , rtx 3050ti , (Asus tuf A15 2022).I tried everything , but nothing solves the problem. I have checked the power options. It also does not charge when it is in this state. After force shutdown it works perfectly.I just bought it 1 month back.
