Windows 11 My laptop is unable to update to the 2023-07 cumulative one

hello there, im using Windows 11 Home version 22H2 build 22621.1635i have had this problem with the previous one as well (the 2023-06). i have tried everything online and none of them worked, i have enough space, the WaaSMedicService is not eating up my cpu or ram. i dont know why it keeps showing up as a problem when i use the troubleshooter. but this is what i keep getting when i run the trouble shooter:IsPostback_RC_PendingUpdatesIsPostback: FalseWaaSMedicServiceIssue found by:ServiceHealthPlugin;BinaryHealthPlugin;DynamicProtectionPluginIsPostback_RC_PendingUpdatesIsPostback: TrueService S
