Windows 11 My laptop keeps crashing sometimes when resuming from hibernate

So recently, I updated my PC from Windows 11 from Windows 10 21H2 and after I resume from hibernation, my PC keeps getting this BSOD UNEXPECTED_STORE_EXCEPTION and it happens sometimes when I resume from hibernation a few times. Last year, it happened when I updated my Windows 10 version to 20H2, but it did not bluescreen as frequently as now (it keeps crashing ranging from a week to a month on the previous OS) and I read somewhere there is a crash dump or minidump that gets exported when every time the blue screen happens, but it's NOT generating even if I set it in Startup and Recovery!My sy
