Windows 11 My laptop keeps on pressing backward slash "\"

Hi.My laptop randomly keeps pressing the backward slash repeatedly.I tried disabling it on powertoys or keytweak, but it doesn't seem to work.I opened the keyboard tester but the key doesn't register being pressed even though it's still being typed continuously.Uninstalling and reinstalling the keyboard doesn't work as well.Anyone else had the same issue?I have Lenovo Ideapad S540 14" 2019.Thank you.
