Windows 10 My laptop keeps resetting to factory settings, and I lose a windows function every time it happens

my laptop just keeps resetting to factory settings randomly for no reason, i lose all my files, my wallpaper, my settings, etc., not only that but now it doesn't even let me use my taskbar or open up settings, or any other default windows app like photo's or the store. how do i fix this?Operating System Windows 10 Home 64-bit
