Windows 11 my laptop lenovo ideapad flex 5,the mouse has been automatically scrolling down without any input from me. What should i do?

I am writing this to report an issue with my laptop,my mouse has been automatically scrolling down wothout any input from me. Its is difficult to navigate through documents and web pages. I have tried restarting,updating but the problem persists.
