Windows 11 My laptop makes a small clicking/popping sound when audio stops

When I play some audio that is loud enough for a long enough amount of time (around 1-2 seconds), and then the audio stops, or I pause it, or the audio goes into silence, it plays a small popping/ticking/clicking sound around half a second later. It does this on all audio outputs. I've tried uninstalling my audio driver and reinstalling, disabling audio enhancements, and cleaning the AUX port.
